In this book by Hildur Knútsdóttur, the main character Eik is a part of a group of volunteers that save stray cats. When they hear of a cat that has made a living in an old wall, they of course go ahead to try and capture and save her. Once there Eik however encounters a mysterious being she thought she never would have to face again.
