Keld Zeruneith is a professor emeritus at the University of Copenhagen, poet, literary critic and the author of many a books. This book however is his study on early Icelandic history, dróttkvæði, dreams in old Icelandic writing, the writing and importance of Landnáma, Snorra Sturluson's Edda and many others. Hard to describe, but this book really is a Rolls Royce with a bottle of champagne.
