This novel by Einar Kárason is, like his 2018 novel Stormfuglar, based on true events. An airplane goes missing in Iceland and a young boy fascinated with everything flying partakes in the search. As he climbs higher, leading the search up the mountains, reality becomes more and more vague and fog-like.
