The relations between Iceland, a country in the far north of Europe, and Spain, a country in far south of Europe, have been of all kinds over history. Remarkably many encounters and travels of Icelanders going south and Spanish going north. This book contains articles by fourteen authors that deal with topics from all periods in history, depicting a rich and rewarding relationship still active to this day.
