Exhibitions in Skólavörðuholtið, Reykjavík over the years 1967 - 1972 marked a new beginning in Icelandic art history. Fourty artists, age 17 - 75 with a very different background in sculpture, exhibited works the likes of which had never been before on public display in the city enviroment. Things were truly a-changing.
